■FeaturesThe multifunctional heat exchange system (temperature control device) reproduces the actual driving conditions of cooling water temperature, engine oil temperature, and fuel temperature through model-based control using an engine heat generation model.

■Combination control of feedforward control and PID control using engine heat generation modelConventional heat exchangers with a large heat capacity have excellent temperature stability, but cannot handle tests where the target temperature changes transiently, such as during mode driving. A&D's multifunctional heat exchange system combines feedforward control and PID control using a small heat capacity + engine heat generation model, and has overwhelming ability to follow the target temperature, making it possible to reproduce transient temperatures.

It balances the contradictory phenomena of temperature stability and target followability, and has the ability to stabilize temperature in a short time in the entire range of low to high loads and low to high rotations.
