About This Product

CNT-added (containing) Styrofoam molded products can be given electromagnetic wave absorption properties, and their physical properties also meet the standard values ​​for Styrofoam JISA9511 thermal insulation version No. 1, so they can be used as building materials. By applying two-color foam molding, the aim is for the heat insulation properties, electromagnetic wave shielding properties, etc. of both resins to function organically.

■Electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics

・The results of the coaxial tube method and free space method revealed that radio wave absorption properties can be imparted to foamed PS. ・The absorption properties are the same or better than commercially available products.

■Electric heating element

・It can generate heat of just under 30 degrees Celsius and is suitable for contact heating because it is in a planar shape. ・The insulating properties of Styrofoam minimize energy waste.

■Moldability

・Because it is molded using the bead method, it can be shaped to fit the mold and can be molded into any shape or size. ・It can be easily cut using a hot wire, just like regular Styrofoam.

■Physical properties

・Density, compressive strength, and thermal conductivity meet the JIS A9511 heat insulation board No. 1 standard values, and are at a level that can be used as a building material. - Flame retardant level that passes UL94HBF.
