About This Product

■Summary

SimpleMACstd is a protocol stack that operates on IEEE802.15.4. SimpleMACstd does not have a network layer according to the ZigBee specification and operates directly on the MAC layer. Wireless data throughput performance is improved by directly controlling address management, route selection, wireless CH selection, etc. that are originally performed by the ZigBee stack. In addition, SimpleMACstd assumes that data sent and received externally from a host microcontroller or PC will be I/Fed via UART, but data from the RM-240's built-in A/D, SPI, etc. can be used as a standalone interface. You can also send it. The basic operation of SimpleMACstd is designed on the premise that it uses the RM-240/241 UART device to send and receive communication with an external host CPU or personal computer. The source code is open to the public except for parts that conflict with technical standards, so you can modify the software to use the internal devices of the RM-240 series (A/D, SPI, I2C, etc.). We can develop wireless sensor network systems that connect customers' sensors. *Sample codes for each sensor are also available.
