About This Product

■Summary

RADS-Pi is a small-scale temperature measurement and monitoring system for non-contact measurement and thermal monitoring of the surface temperature of objects. Using a small infrared thermography camera, you can easily try two-dimensional (surface) temperature measurement and thermal monitoring. There is no need to add or develop any software or hardware, and you can use it in the actual field from the day you purchase it. (Settings for screen display devices, etc. are required.) RADS Pi allows you to power an infrared thermography camera that can measure temperature using PoE or USB. Displays real-time video, measured temperature value, and camera internal temperature on the screen. Temperature measurement spots, box placement, and threshold settings can be configured within the camera. *1 Display images can be recorded to an external SSD. (Reference value: Approximately 10 days with 500GB) *2 In addition, it is possible to generate graphs of temperature changes over time based on measured temperature data and monitor and analyze abnormal temperatures. *3 In addition to acquiring temperature information, it also has the function of setting off an alarm when a threshold is exceeded based on the measured temperature information read from the camera, and outputting a contact signal indicating that abnormal temperature has been detected. *1 A separate PC or tablet is required to display the screen and change settings. *2 Recording time depends on camera settings and SSD capacity. *3 Trend graph display of measured temperature values ​​(last 20 minutes: 1 point/second, last 24 hours: 1 point/minute) History graph is plotted as a moving average of 8 times

■Camera settings

・Multiple measurement and detection ranges for each camera can be set to any size on the camera side ・Selection of pseudo color (palette) ・Video switching: thermal image, visible image, MSX (superimposes the edges of the visible image on the thermal image) ・Turn on/off the camera's built-in LED lighting

■Monitoring function

・Current measured temperature, camera internal temperature ・Current alarm status (normal temperature, abnormal temperature) ・Graphic display of measured temperature trends in the most recent time ・Recording of display video to external SSD (about 10 days when using 500GB) ・Measurement value recording, export in csv format
