About This Product
A stationary type suitable for large sizes and mass production. Since it is installed on the floor, efficient and stable work is possible. Recommended for packaging large sizes that cannot be accommodated in tabletop models, or for packing multiple bags at once.
Features
■High vacuum
The chamber is vacuumed and packaged. You can also remove the air inside the food.
■Osmotic pressure effect
The seasonings will soak into the gaps where the air has escaped. The flavor infiltration varies depending on the power of the vacuum and how the air is removed.
■Maintaining freshness
By purchasing ingredients when they are cheap, vacuum-packing them, and freezing them, you can preserve them for a long time and reduce purchasing costs.
■Preventing food odors from transferring
Vacuum bags have low oxygen permeability, which prevents odors from transferring between food items during storage.
