About This Product

■Summary

There are two types: 20KW specification and 15KW specification. Features of DPH (IH heater)

■High heat exchange rate

This method uses electromagnetic induction heating to heat a heating element based on laminated regular packing, which has a proven track record in chemical plants, in a pipe-shaped insulating container. Achieves efficient heat exchange.

■High durability

Utilizing the know-how of laminated regular packing that has a proven track record in chemical plants, the heating element uses special stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion and wear against most fluids. It has high durability.

■Large heat transfer area

The actual volume of the heating element is less than 10% of the apparent volume. On the other hand, the surface area for heat transfer is extremely large. In other words, it has a large porosity and a large heat transfer area. Therefore, it suppresses the rise in surface temperature of the heat transfer surface, suppresses thermal denaturation of the fluid, and achieves stable heat transfer.

■Fast response

The metal plate of the heating element is an extremely thin material that heats up and cools down easily, allowing it to respond quickly to changes in temperature settings.

■Thin film direct heating

Although the heating element has a special structure as shown in the figure on the right, there is almost no pressure loss, and the fluid passing through it comes into direct contact with the heating element in a thin film state and is directly heated.

■Diversity of heating elements

Depending on the purpose, the heating element has a structure made of bundled round rods or a disc-shaped structure.

■Wide heating temperature range

Regardless of gas or liquid, it is possible to heat in all ranges from room temperature to over 500℃, and achieves precise temperature control with ±1℃ fuzzy + 2 degrees of freedom PID control in any temperature range and any flow rate. .

■Temperature settings can be adjusted freely

It can easily generate hot water at 99℃ and superheated steam at 101℃. You can also quickly raise the set temperature by 1°C.
