Features

■Renovated packaging control system

Adopting a next-generation packaging control system, it has become possible to control machines at higher speeds and with higher performance. (*Control accuracy has been doubled compared to the previous model.) The graphical user interface has been completely redesigned to improve touch panel operability and have been made into icons as a global standard.

■Improved sealing performance

Both the center seal and top seal have been redesigned to accommodate more film types than previous models. With Top Seal, we have made it possible to adjust sealing pressure, time, temperature, and all other necessary elements for sealing to suit the film. The center seal uses a 2-axis servo motor to enable precise movement to ensure tighter wrapping.

■Follows conventional functions and further evolves

Including a supply belt conveyor that makes belt cleaning easy, optional functions and devices that are well-established in conventional machines (PACS: Product jamming prevention device, PEPS: Empty bag prevention device, PAMS: Product length automatic length measurement packaging system, uniquely developed heater, It is also possible to install a touch panel with multilingual support.
