About This Product

Cylindrical gear pair calculations can be used as a standalone program or integrated into a program.

■Contains the following features

- Calculation of gear shape according to ISO 21771-1. For internal gears, all input and output diameters are used as positive values ​​within the software as they are used for manufacturing and documentation. Only the number of teeth of the internal gear is set to a negative value. ・Gear strength calculation according to ISO 6336 parts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6. A variety of options are available for the tooth thickness and engagement ratio to be used. - Load spectrum support. In addition to speed and torque, mesh deviation, surface load factor or average stress influence factor can also be defined in the load spectrum. ・Changing parameter variations, shapes and loads, and outputting them to tables and figures ・Tooth shape graphics for single tooth, full gear, manufacturing or meshing ・Graphics of slip rate, safety by life, and allowable torque by life - FEA-based tooth profile stress using 2D-FEA. For helical gears, you can use either virtual spur gears or regular sections. ・3D-gear shape is available as STEP export. The front section is generated with an accuracy better than 10-4*mn*cos(β) and extruded along the helix. Accuracy along the helix depends on the CAD system. Currently, it does not include profile or frank modifications. Eight calculation examples for ISO/TR 6336-30 are included in the installation.
