About This Product

■Thrust roller bearing analysis

The calculation software for axial/radial cylindrical roller bearings or three-row roller thrust bearings uses finite element analysis to account for raceway deformations. The shape of an axisymmetric bearing ring is defined by a polygon in cross section. Any number of axial and radial cylindrical or crossed roller bearings can be defined and bolt pretension is taken into account. Loads can be applied to a surface or to a single point. For the definition of stiffness, a series of calculations with varying loads is possible.

■Results available in various graphic displays and PDF reports

・Pressure distribution on rollers ・Bearing life for each row and system according to ISO/TS 16281 ・Deformation and stiffness defined by two points ・Maximum and minimum load of bolts The software is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean as a 64-bit program for Windows.
