About This Product

■Shaft system analysis

Shaft calculations can be extended to shaft system calculations. This allows calculations of the entire gearbox taking into account gears, shafts and bearings.

■ Shaft system calculations allow you to:

・Calculation of shaft systems such as gearboxes ・Calculation of planetary gear set ・Connection of shafts by gear pairs (helical, bevel or worm gears) ・Shaft connection with belt ・Calculation of rotation speed ・Load distribution calculation using integration with FEM beam model - Interface with gear design programs: GWJ eAssistant, GWJ eAssistant, Hexagon ZAR1 + (from version 20), KISSsoft (version 03/2013 SP3, module CC1 required for version 03/2014), TBK 2014 ・Graphics of line load against width for gears ・Definition of load spectrum at system level ・Configuration that supports various power flow variations ・Natural frequency and critical speed at the system level combined with gear pairs ・Display of mode shapes at system level, 3D animation ・3D elastic housing and planetary carrier - All bearing and shaft calculations with bearing life calculation according to ISO/TS 16281 and shaft strength calculation according to DIN 743 There are template files for several calculation cases, their brief descriptions, and examples of complete report output.
