About This Product

Fine particles with characteristics such as perfect spherical shape, precise size, and extremely narrow particle size distribution, and excellent smoothness, dispersibility, heat resistance, and weather resistance. We offer a lineup of light-diffusing microparticle products made of monodisperse organic polymer microparticles such as PMMA, PS, and P(MMA/S) and organic silicon. Product characteristics: * Uniform particle size; *Narrow particle size distribution; * Good dispersibility, no overlap or agglomeration; *High light diffusion efficiency; *High purity and no dirt. * Excellent heat resistance; * Has good versatility and can be efficiently dispersed in the substrate; * High mechanical strength and altitude; *Good chemical stability; *Does not dissolve in organic solvents. *High transmittance and adjustable refractive index. Product technical indicators: Appearance pure white Shape: spherical Water content < 2% refractive index Organic polymer fine particles 1.49 - 1.59 Organosilicon fine particles 1.43 Density (25℃) Organic polymer fine particles 1.05 - 1.20 g/ml Organosilicon fine particles 1.32 - 1.43 g/ml heat resistance Organic polymer fine particles 250 - 270 ℃ Organosilicon fine particles 350℃ (weight loss 2-3%)
