■Summary

A thin (less than 9mm) and flat keyboard that uses metal dome clicks. Our unique dome switch structure has received high praise for its load, click feel, and durability. In particular, the keystroke evaluation has cleared 10 million times. Also, since a cover sheet is attached to the surface, it has excellent waterproof and dustproof properties. Since the key pitch is smaller than the stroke key, multi-functional products with a large number of keys can be made compactly.

■About custom keyboard OEM manufacturing

OEM manufacturing of custom keyboards that cannot be handled with off-the-shelf products is one of our mainstay products that we have cultivated over many years. Our experienced sales representatives listen to our customers' various requests and assist them from the stage of determining detailed specifications.Then, we design the housing and key tops, develop internal membrane switches, and interfaces. We support our customers from start to finish, from manufacturing circuit boards to arranging molded products, assembling them, and inspecting them. It is possible to manufacture all the parts of the keyboard as special parts, but the key top part, which requires the most know-how, is our standard product, so making a semi-customized keyboard is relatively inexpensive. We can make custom keyboards. We have a track record of introducing a wide variety of products, including industrial equipment, medical equipment, machine tools, and consumer products, and we develop and manufacture all keyboards individually.

■Custom keyboard adoption example

1. Paid parking lot payment keyboard We produced this product at the request of a parking lot equipment manufacturer in the Kanto area. The key top uses our standard parts, and the contact sheet (membrane switch), key plate (upper sheet metal), and atteater (lower sheet metal) are custom manufactured. Since it is intended for semi-outdoor use, the sliding parts are made of dust-proof rubber, and the key tops are of the type with transparent keycaps.By inserting a label inside, the characters displayed can be changed by the user himself according to the purpose. Thank you. Although it was developed about 15 years ago, we continue to receive orders even now. Other examples include illuminated keyboards used in medical settings, operation panels for machine tools, dedicated keyboards for display and control panels at railway stations, and custom programmable keyboards.
