■Flow of product delivery

We carry out all processes in-house, including development, design, manufacturing, and inspection. We have established a system that can respond to a variety of needs. 1. Design We create drafts (manuscripts for plate making) based on the drawings and data provided by our customers. 2. Printing There are two types of surface sheet printing: silk screen printing and inkjet printers. 3. Processing To prevent it from shifting when cutting, we drill guide holes and, if embossing, apply embossing. Component mounting involves mounting chip components such as LEDs and resistors on membrane sheets. Also, to cut out the outline, each part is cut out using a Thomson die. In some cases, such as when there are a large number of parts or when precision is required, this mold may be used. 4. Assembly inspection Each component is pasted together to complete the product. In order to improve efficiency and finish, we sometimes use a method of pasting several sheets together and then removing them all at once. 5. Quality inspection We perform thorough quality control using detailed inspection items to deliver safe and secure products to our customers. 6. Shipping We will package and ship the completed product. We work carefully until the end to ensure that the product is safely delivered to the customer's hands.
