About This Product

This device uses a motor to rotate a table on which bundled tubes are placed, and stably supplies the tubes to the cutting machine. The photoelectric sensor on the sensor stand controls the motor so that no load is applied to the tube.

■Features

- Ensures cutting length accuracy by supplying material without placing any load on it. ・It has a simple configuration of rotary table ⇒ sensor stand ⇒ cutting machine, and no pre-feeder is required, so it can be expected to have advantages such as a small installation area, easy operation and maintenance, and total cost reduction. ・Since there is no roller-based feeding mechanism and detection is performed without contact, it does not damage the material. - Controls the stable supply of materials by switching the motor ON/OFF when the photoelectric sensor installed on the sensor stand detects loosening or tension. Additionally, there is a limit switch on the top of the stand that detects abnormal tension due to material entanglement, and in the unlikely event of an abnormality, it will stop the device and output a signal to the cutting machine to notify it of the abnormality. ・Adjust the speed setting using the speed controller dial located under the table. There are no parameter settings required, and operation is simple and easy.
