About This Product

■Features

- Ultraviolet sterilization can sterilize airborne bacteria in the room and surfaces such as chairs. - You can create sterilization simulations based on target microorganisms and room size. ・Two types of timers are used with an emphasis on safety. ・Although it is a tower type with a price range of several million to tens of millions, we offer it at a low price with the minimum necessary specifications. -This product is subject to the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act (PSE).

■Reduction of disinfection work

While the tower-type ultraviolet sterilizer is in operation, it is left alone, giving you time to do other work or take a break. *Please use it indoors where no one is present as it emits strong ultraviolet rays. ・Hospital: Isolation rooms for fever outpatient clinics, hospital rooms, operating rooms, etc. ・Research facility ・Clean room

■Safe movement design

Since this device is frequently moved from patient room to patient room, it is equipped with casters that allow for safe movement with a low center of gravity so that you can work with peace of mind. The legs are made of steel and are designed to be difficult to tip over considering the height of the main unit.

■Maintenance

This is a manufacturer's product that is easy to maintain. To keep running costs low, we do not use special germicidal lamps. The germicidal lamp, which is a consumable item, can be replaced as many times as needed. Other warranties are 2 years, but they are also repairable and built to last for 10 years or more.

■Ultraviolet light intensity/accumulation guideline

1m UV intensity 2.1mW/cm2 Actual measurement → 1m 5 minutes 630mJ/cm2 This is a value that can inactivate almost all bacteria and microorganisms.

■How to operate the tower type ultraviolet sterilizer

After plugging in the power outlet, set the start timer. The UV sterilization irradiation time is determined by considering the size of the room and the bacteria to be sterilized. After completing the settings, turn on the main switch and leave the room when the pilot lamp lights up. After the start timer ends, the ultraviolet rays will be irradiated automatically, and after the irradiation timer ends, it will automatically turn off. After the lights go out, turn off the main switch, make sure the pilot light goes out, and then unplug the power outlet. *Please note that areas that are not exposed to UV rays cannot be sterilized.

■Customization available

For example, it is possible to sterilize the area under the bed by increasing the number of germicidal lights to 8 or adding them to the bottom.

■Need for sterilization simulation

If the shape of the room is square, ○○㎡ is fine, but what if it is rectangular? Please see the image of the sub screen. The long side of the rectangle will significantly reduce its sterilizing power. If you are looking for proper sterilization, I think simulation is a necessary confirmation.
