■Summary

Station nozzles require a short straight pipe section due to the location and number of static pressure holes. (4D×2D) Euseflow's product is a Pitot tube type instantaneous flowmeter. Compared to the general pitot tube type and orifice type, the required straight pipe section is shorter at 4D x 2D. Multiple total pressure holes facing the flow are opened to equalize the total pressure. Similarly, static pressure holes require multiple openings to equalize. Our pitot section has six static pressure holes on the left and right side walls, making it resistant to turbulence. For pipe diameters of 350A or more, one set includes two corner station nozzles and two EF meter nozzles. When using a single nozzle for measurement, due to the limited length of the Pitot tube, the flow of water in the piping is extremely uneven (flowing along the side of the tube rather than the center), making it difficult to obtain accurate flow rates. Measurement may not be possible. Therefore, by installing two nozzles in pairs and facing each other on both sides of the piping, even if the water flow is extremely uneven, it is possible to measure from either side. It becomes. However, both removable and fixed meters can be measured with one meter. Since only the meter body can be removed and attached, it can be easily attached to either side of the nozzle attached to both sides of the piping, so there is no need for two meters.

■Usable pressure range

・1.0MPa specification product = Can be used in the range of 0 to 1.0MPa (10kg/cm2) ・1.6MPa specification product = Can be used in the range of 0 to 1.6MPa (16kg/cm2) ・2.0MPa specification product = Can be used in the range of 0 to 2.0MPa (20kg/cm2) ・3.0MPa specification product = Can be used in the range of 0 to 3.0MPa (30kg/cm2)

■Notes

・In the case of vertical type, piping diameters from 20A to 300A can be used. ・For flow rate detectors with special dimensions, (S) will be displayed at the end of the model number. ・The part (□) in the model number indicates the material: Bronze = C, SUS = U, Brass = Not indicated. (If S is displayed, it is a special dimension product) ・Nozzles with a pipe diameter of 350A or more come in sets of two. ・Do not install it diagonally or directly below side piping. There is no vertical type for piping over 350A. Do not install directly above horizontal piping for 350A or more. *Other model numbers are available.
