・High quality epitaxial growth on 3 inch or 4 inch GaAs substrates.
・Growable layers: InAs quantum dots, InGaAs quantum wells, GaAs, AlGaAs

■ Diffraction grating embedding until regrowth・Provided form: Epi wafer with diffraction grating
・Active layer epitome, diffraction grating formation and buried regrowth.

■Up to wafer process・Provided form: Wafer after processing
・Epigraphy, CAD work, mask production, and wafer processing.

■Up to bar processing or chip processing・Provided form: bar or chips
・We perform epitaxial, wafer process, bar formation, end surface coating, and chip formation.

■Up to TO-CAN packaging・Provided form: 5.6mm TO-CAN package
・After epitaxial, wafer process, and chip processing, the laser chip is packaged into a 5.6mm TO-CAN.
