About This Product
■Summary
The QLD1x6x series is a high power single mode DFB laser with wavelengths of 1,018nm - 1,122nm, 1,172nm - 1,188nm. The package is a standard 14-pin butterfly type (7-pin SMPM module only for the QLD106G series), has a built-in optical isolator (except for the QLD106L series), and uses polarization-maintaining fiber.
It has excellent spectral stability and can operate under all conditions from CW drive to short pulses (15 ps, 50 ps, nanoseconds with gain switch operation), making it ideal as a seed light source for fiber lasers. We also offer various driver boards such as 15 picosecond, 50 picosecond, nanosecond, DFB-SOA, CW, etc. We will greatly contribute to your fiber laser design.

・Standard tolerance is ±5nm. Custom support of ±1nm is also possible.

- If you wish to use pulse drive, please let us know the drive conditions (pulse width, repetition frequency, peak output, etc.).
・For the fiber terminal, you can choose either a 900 µm tight buffer + FC/APC connector or a 250 µm tight buffer + ferrule/APC connector.
