About This Product

■Summary

The QLD1x6x series is a high power single mode DFB laser with wavelengths of 1,018nm - 1,122nm, 1,172nm - 1,188nm. The package is a standard 14-pin butterfly type (7-pin SMPM module only for the QLD106G series), has a built-in optical isolator (except for the QLD106L series), and uses polarization-maintaining fiber. It has excellent spectral stability and can operate under all conditions from CW drive to short pulses (15 ps, 50 ps, ​​nanoseconds with gain switch operation), making it ideal as a seed light source for fiber lasers. We also offer various driver boards such as 15 picosecond, 50 picosecond, nanosecond, DFB-SOA, CW, etc. We will greatly contribute to your fiber laser design.

- Abundant wavelength lineup: 1,030, 1,053, 1,064, 1,080, 1,120, 1,180nm, etc. (1,018nm - 1,122nm, 1,172nm - 1,188nm in 1nm steps) ・Stable unimodal property ・Short pulse operation (picoseconds, nanoseconds) ・High peak output 400mW @ 1 nanosecond (QLD106P series @ 1,064nm) ・High speed 15 picoseconds (QLD106G series@1,064nm) ・20 picoseconds (QLD106G series@1,030nm) ・14-pin butterfly / 7-pin SMPM module (high frequency compatible) / 5.6mm TO-CAN ・Picosecond pulse, nanosecond pulse, CW driver board ・Gain chip for 1,060nm wavelength tunable laser ・Application: Fiber laser seed light source for processing, semiconductor inspection, and high-performance LiDAR ・Standard tolerance is ±5nm. Custom support of ±1nm is also possible. ・If you would like a wavelength other than 1,064nm, please contact us. - If you wish to use pulse drive, please let us know the drive conditions (pulse width, repetition frequency, peak output, etc.). ・For the fiber terminal, you can choose either a 900 µm tight buffer + FC/APC connector or a 250 µm tight buffer + ferrule/APC connector.
