■Two-stage belt conveyor dryer that combines productivity and efficiency
・This is an innovative belt conveyance type hot air dryer that realizes the unique concept of having two dryers in one installation area.
-Each conveyor belt has an independent burner, making it possible to set completely separate temperatures and times.
■Features
・The speed of each belt can be controlled separately
・The main body is modular and can be expanded up to 4 meters.
・Provides a clean working environment with exhaust devices placed at the inlet and outlet of the furnace
- Equipped with removable panels, pull-out filters, and drip trays at the exhaust port to simplify maintenance.
・Equipped with a touch screen control panel whose position can be adjusted
・Equipped with automatic tension adjustment and meandering correction roller
- Newly adopted non-slip conveyor belt to prevent shirts, etc. from slipping.
