Hybrid model machine that supports wide width
■Suitable for fabrics up to 1,600mm wide
It has a cylinder width of 1,800mm and can transfer onto fabrics up to 1,600mm.
■Hybrid model that can be transferred to both rolls and scraps
・With the table, it is possible to transfer not only to roll media but also to offcuts (fabric after cutting)
・Compared to cutting the fabric after transfer, it not only increases productivity but also reduces fabric waste.
■“Heating system” (patent) that achieves even transfer with less unevenness
・The cylinder uses a vacuum-sealed oil heater.
・Quickly recovers the heat taken away by the fabric and transfer paper during transfer, suppressing color unevenness by keeping temperature error to ±1℃
・Monty's transfer machine has obtained various patents and achieves stable transfer.
