■High-performance hybrid press machine that can be used from rolls to molds
・Productivity with maximum speed of 4 m/min
- Employs a vacuum-sealed oil heater and is equipped with a "heating system" (patented) that allows the cylinder temperature error to be ±1℃. Achieves transfer with less color unevenness
・Hybrid model that can transfer onto both rolls and scraps due to the table.
- Stable transfer is possible by keeping the tension of the transfer paper and base paper constant
・Since all tensions are controlled at a constant level by independent air pressure, wrinkles on transfer paper and base paper are prevented.
・The tension of the felt mat (using NOMEX felt) is controlled by air pressure.
・If the felt shifts to the left or right, it will automatically return to the center.
・Machine ON/OFF time and heater startup time can be programmed on a weekly basis
