About This Product

■All-in-one T-shirt manufacturing system for mass printing

・One-step garment printing by one operator ・A machine that incorporates all the functions necessary for garment printing, such as a pre-treatment coating machine, dryer, press machine, printer, and heat treatment. -In particular, the printer part is equipped with Brother's latest model GTX600. ・No special training or skills are required for the operator, and one person can manage all operational processes. ・There are two models available, 2 (DL2200) and 4 (DL2400), depending on the number of printers to be connected.

■Main features

・Equipped with three types of spray nozzles with different widths, achieving high versatility. ・Spray nozzle can be replaced quickly and easily ・Constant monitoring system using thermal camera system ・The pressure and time of the heat press can be adjusted depending on the thickness of the garment. ・Automatic control system that sends T-shirts to available printers in sequence ・Pneumatic lift is used for the lower platen. ・It is also possible to incorporate an SDK to automate workflow processing
