■Features

■What is the bleed bond method?

Breathing water is generated in poured concrete and is drawn into the concrete after a certain period of time. At this time, laitance (soluble inorganic salts) is carried to the concrete surface along with the breathing water, causing problems with adhesion to the poured concrete. The bleed bond method is a construction method that strengthens the surface layer of concrete by spraying a special synthetic resin emulsion (CeBo Hardener 20) on the surface of poured concrete and drawing it into the concrete along with breathing water. In addition, since a polymer concrete layer is formed on the surface layer, it prevents moisture from rapidly drying out on the surface of the poured concrete, and also has the effect of preventing surface hair cracks.
