About This Product

One unit can perform 12 reactions simultaneously. Realizes powerful heating, stirring, and reflux. Experimental efficiency increases dramatically. ACE REACTOR focuses on heating, cooling, and stirring functions and is simple and easy to use. This is a new parallel reaction device that has a movable cooling section and can optimize the reflux condition. Features

■Highly accurate temperature control

The heating unit uses aluminum material with good heat conduction, allowing for quick and even heating. Temperature control is possible with high accuracy of ±1°C up to room temperature 200°C. By using an external thermocouple, it is possible to directly measure and control the reaction liquid temperature.

■Powerful and precise stirring

The powerful motor powerfully stirs even highly viscous samples. Also, the test tubes are arranged in a circle, which ensures even stirring. The rotation speed can be set between 100 and 1,500 rpm in 10 rpm increments.

■Efficient reflux

The position of the water-cooled cooling unit can be adjusted up or down. When the liquid volume is high, the cooling unit can be adjusted to a high position, and when the liquid volume is low, the cooling unit can be adjusted to a low position to optimize the reflux condition. There is no risk of drying out even with small samples.

■Easy installation/operation

Easy installation, just place the reaction unit (PARALLEL BASE) on the stirrer (EX-THERMO STIRRER). The compact design makes it easy to install and store in a draft. It is also possible to use the stirrer alone. function

■Unique feature that allows the cooling unit to move up and down

By turning the top grip, the position of the cooling unit can be adjusted steplessly between 0 and 80 mm. Optimal reflux conditions can be set according to the reaction volume. In addition, by lowering the cooling unit to the re-addition point and circulating cooling water, the entire unit is cooled and a cooling reaction can be performed.

■Easy operation. Select the style according to the experimental scene

Temperature and rotation speed are set using two independent jog dials. Setting values ​​and current location are digitally displayed on the screen, allowing you to check reaction conditions at a glance. The cooling unit can be easily removed and can be used for greenhouse reactions after removal. The disc-shaped holder prevents the test tube from tipping over.
