About This Product

Small amount, multiple samples, high throughput. Ideal for searching for pharmaceutical seeds. The goal was to create software that would be easy for scientists to use. No knowledge of calculations, process engineering, programming, etc. is required.

■Summary

・Automatic synthesis is possible without the need for troublesome calculations. ・Includes compositing software that can be operated intuitively. ・Achieve synthesis using up to 6 lines and 5 reactors (5-stage reaction) Once you set the reagents and start operating the synthesis software, all necessary processing, time adjustment, washing, etc. can be performed automatically.

■Features

・Temperature control and measuring equipment can be connected according to user needs. ・Automatically switches between 3 to 4 reagent bottles per line. ・Large capacity synthesis is possible using dedicated software.

■Function

1. Two types of detailed experimental value settings can be selected: [Flow Rate] or [Residence Time] ・When setting [Flow Rate]: Emphasis on flow rate ・For [Residence Time] setting: Residence time, reagent concentration, and reagent molar ratio can be set. 2. By setting the limit, it is possible to set [warning] or [stop] when an abnormality is detected. - [Warning]: If you stop immediately, you can avoid a dangerous reaction. - For [Stop]: You can cancel immediately. - Sensitivity can be selected from 3 levels: [High], [Mild], and [Low]. 3. Detailed graphs can be recorded and displayed on software Record various values ​​(liquid temperature, back pressure, flow rate, etc.) during the synthesis.
