About This Product
A hydrogen gas generator using water electrolysis. A safe and convenient hydrogen gas supply device that does not apply to high-pressure gas and is easy to operate. Produces hydrogen gas with a purity of 99.999% by electrolyzing the amount needed when needed. Frees you from transporting, replacing, and managing gas cylinders. Can be installed in a small space. Moreover, it is maintenance free.
High purity hydrogen gas using palladium catalyst. Hydrogen is highly purified by utilizing the selective permeability of hydrogen molecules that palladium has. Since nothing other than hydrogen molecules passes through the palladium catalyst, impurities other than hydrogen molecules are removed here.
Start/stop with a single switch. Can be supplied to any device. High-purity hydrogen can be used immediately with a single switch. The hydrogen outlet is a highly versatile stainless steel screw that can be easily connected and added to any device, laboratory equipment, or experimental equipment.

■No legal action required
You can create hydrogen gas as much as you want, whenever you want, from water and electricity. The structure does not store hydrogen gas inside the device. Since it does not fall under the category of pressure vessels or high-pressure gas, it frees you from legal compliance and maintenance work, allowing you to create a safe and administrative work-free experimental environment.
■High purity/optimum generation amount
Built-in production function using palladium catalyst generates high purity hydrogen gas. In addition, the pressure of 0.4MPa and the generation rate of 500ml/min make it ideal as hydrogen gas for analyzers, fuel cells, and chemical reactions. The compact casing is narrowed down to essential functions and can be installed anywhere.
■Easy operation/maintenance free
Starting and stopping the device is a simple operation of a single switch. Pressure and flow are displayed in real time. The water tank has a large capacity of 4L, so frequent refilling of water is not required. You can check the remaining amount of water at a glance using the indicator. Also, there is no need for troublesome daily maintenance.
■Safety design
A water level sensor automatically shuts off the device when the water in the tank runs out. Additionally, the pressure sensor automatically stops the device when the pressure exceeds 0.4MPa. Additionally, a sensor can be added as an option to detect equipment tipping or water leakage and stop operation.
