About This Product

A technique that purifies and upgrades low-grade gas to obtain conventionally highly accurate results. The gas purification filter introduced here is an excellent product that can easily and inexpensively obtain ppb level ultra-high purity gas by combining multiple catalysts and adsorbents. This gas purification filter can also be used in-line with GCMS to apply lower grade He gas.

Atmospheric gases and purge gases that require high purity, such as carrier gas and zero gas for microanalyzers, explosion-proof shield gases for welding, various semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and CVD equipment. Various high-purity gases, which are important as the foundation for supporting ultra-precision processing technology, are processed using simple in-line equipment to remove impurity components such as inert gases (argon, nitrogen, etc.), oxygen (O2), and hydrogen (H2). It can be purified to high purity.

■Pressure resistance and high flow rate specifications not found in other companies' productsDepending on the product, the maximum flow rate is 300NL/min and the pressure resistance is 0.98MPaG. A lineup that can accommodate everything from trace-volume high-sensitivity analyzers to production equipment.

■Longer lifespan than other companies' productsLong life due to the combination of multiple catalysts and chemical adsorbents. If used within specifications, there will be almost no need to replace it semi-permanently. In addition, if the refining capacity decreases, the contents can be regenerated.

■Inline method saves spaceIt can be used simply by attaching it to existing gas equipment. Achieved further compactness by using a newly developed catalyst.
