A hammer (beater) attached to the rotor hits the raw material fed upward against the repulsion plate liner, and the raw material returned by the reaction is then hit again by the hammer (beater) to be crushed into finer particles. By changing the circumferential speed (rotation speed) of the rotor, it is possible to change the grinding particle size.
It has a simple structure and is ideal for grinding ceramic raw materials, chemical raw materials, copper slag, limestone, boiler coal, gypsum board, molten slag from incinerated ash, etc.
