About This Product

■Large insulated container that stores and collects food residue, brewing residue, fermentation residue, etc. without emitting odors.

It has holes for hanging, a forklift insertion port, and a size that allows 20 pieces to be loaded onto a 10t truck, making it highly efficient in transportation.

■Features of “KWC-1000” cold storage container for food residue and feed materials

・Achieving stable internal temperature and strength at the same time The double-layer structure of polyethylene and heat-insulating urethane foam increases the strength of the container and maintains a constant internal temperature. ・Drainage port for smooth drainage The drainage cap (50mm diameter) installed at the bottom of the container allows for smooth drainage of seeping water. A drain cap is attached to ensure that water does not leak. -Efficient containers can be stacked with or without lids, allowing just 20 containers to be loaded onto a 10t truck. Since they can be stacked on the bed of a transport truck, efficient transport work is possible. -Removable lid that maintains an insulated seal The lid can be separated into two parts and removed, making it convenient to take out the contents. It also maintains insulation and airtightness by securing it with a special band. - Can be easily transported with a forklift.The forklift inlet has a pallet structure, so it will not slip off. It is also compatible with reversible forklifts, and can be rotated 180 degrees to dump the contents at once. ・There is a hole for a lifting device, so it can also be transported by lifting. - Casters for convenient movement (optional) Casters can be installed for convenient movement (load capacity: 960 kg). *If casters are installed, stacking is not possible.
