About This Product

■Significant reduction in fuel costs. Carbon neutral to offset CO2 emissions.A wide range of fuels are supported, including wood pellets, molded chips, RPF, and bamboo chips. It is compact because it does not require equipment such as fireproof bricks. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including hot water supply, floor heating, hot spring facilities, hot air, greenhouse cultivation, swimming pools, and snow melting. We have a wide range of lineups, from domestic water heater types with a maximum heat output of 10,000 kcal to commercial types with a maximum heat output of 500,000 kcal.

■Compatible with various recycled fuels.Compatible with wood pellets, wood chips, and RPF
You can effectively utilize thinned wood, construction waste, chips from wood processing scraps, and RPF*. Woody biomass is carbon neutral and offsets carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, so it can also contribute to reducing corporate CO2 emissions. RPF varies depending on the fuel. If necessary, we will conduct a combustion test before making a proposal.

・Hot spring heating: 30.5℃ → 42℃
・Heating a total of 6 bathtubs (open-air bath and indoor bath) (separate boiler for hot water supply, etc.)
・Use of 350 liters of kerosene/day → After introduction, use of 50 liters/day + 640 kg/day of chips

<Reduction effect>
Daily fuel cost: 33,250 yen → 11,150 yen
・Kerosene: 300 liters reduction x 95 yen = 33,250 yen
・Tip: 640kg used x 10 yen = 11,150 yen

■Example of use in hot springs and bath facilities By using wood waste, which is currently incinerated, as fuel for multi-boilers, we can significantly reduce petroleum fuel consumption. This greatly contributes to reducing fuel costs at hot spring and bath facilities that use large amounts of hot water.

■Significant reduction in air pollutantsComplete combustion is achieved by maintaining a combustion temperature of over 1,100℃ and supplying the necessary amount of air into the combustion furnace. As a result, we have achieved a reduction in harmful gases. The patented combustion principle does not produce high NOx emissions despite high combustion temperatures.

■Easy to clean. Maintenance costs are low.・Cleaning the smoke pipe
In the case of a hot water boiler, the combustion gas is passed through a cyclone before being heat exchanged in the boiler, so the flue is hard to get dirty, and you only need to clean the flue once or twice a year. Steam boilers are designed to make cleaning the flue pipes easier.

・Reduction of maintenance costs
Since almost no firebricks are used, maintenance costs are low as there is no need to replace fireproofing materials. The main body is also lightweight and compact. Prices are also reasonable.
