TECNOECOLOGY's nugget machines are standard equipment in all lineups and are equipped with a wind-powered zigzag separator after primary crushing. After primary crushing, particles with large particle size and heavy specific gravity are removed, and after secondary crushing (turbo mill), final sorting is performed using a combination of vibration and wind power on a unique sorting table, and the copper nuggets are discharged. High sorting accuracy is achieved by going through the two-time sorting process.

This was also designed from the customer's perspective, since continued use can cause the equipment to heat up and reduce sorting accuracy, and to allow minimal maintenance in the event of an abnormality.

・Perfect maintenance system in collaboration with Japanese companies
The main motor is made by Siemens and can be procured in Japan.
The primary shredder can be reused by polishing, and the pre-shredder blade can also be rotated to use multiple surfaces. There is no major structural difference in this area from single-shaft crushers and crushers manufactured in Japan.

Fujitex has built a nationwide maintenance network cultivated through nearly 30 years of selling recycled equipment. Therefore, we will keep necessary stocks of consumables and replacement parts in Fujitex's own warehouse according to sales performance. In addition, we receive product training in Italy with Tecnoecology's exclusive maintenance partner. Although the machinery and equipment are made overseas, we strive to ensure that they can be used safely in Japan.
