About This Product

■Characteristics of sludge/compost pelletizing equipment

1. The conical roller allows the raw material to be extruded with uniform pressure without slipping with the die, so stable pellets can be produced at all times. 2. The pressure of the conical roller rotating on the die is always constant, so there is no uneven die wear and the life is long. 3. It can handle a wide range of fields, from fertilizers and feed to chemical industry products and industrial waste, and has a large processing capacity. 4. By combining with a compost plant, you can easily produce high-quality compost pellets. 5. Raw materials can be processed with high efficiency without loss, so power consumption is low.

■Advantages of making pellets

If the compost is in powder form, you must take into account the possibility of it scattering or adhering to the human body when distributing the compost. However, pellets do not have the above-mentioned problems, are easy to spread by machine, and are good for the soil because they gradually soak into the soil instead of being washed away all at once by rain. Therefore, the unit price tends to be higher than powdered compost.

■ Road particle principle

Two to four conical rollers rotate on their own axis while revolving around the die, scooping up the raw material and forcing it into the die, resulting in granulation. In addition, the conical roller is grooved to firmly capture the raw material. Since the roller is conical, there is no slippage with the die, and the reduced amount is extruded with uniform pressure, cut into a certain length with a cutter, and discharged as pellets.
