About This Product

Melts and reduces the volume of Styrofoam used in fish boxes, food trays, and packaging materials. In addition, reduced-volume materials (ingots) are purchased by designated vendors at a value, which also leads to cost reductions.

■Although it is a mass processing machine, it can be installed in a small space.

Significantly reduces the volume of Styrofoam, which takes up space and is expensive to process. It turns 100kg of Styrofoam into ingots in up to 1 hour. Although it is a large-volume processing machine, it can be installed in a space-saving manner with a total height of 2,000 mm and a total length of 3,500 mm (excluding the input conveyor).

■Delivery example

I was in charge of equipment selection and installation associated with replacing the Styrofoam volume reduction machine. The customer collects and transports general and industrial waste in Aichi Prefecture, and was planning to replace the existing kerosene-powered machine installed in 2000 as it was aging. Among several electric type models, the model was selected with the most importance placed on workability and performance. In addition to work efficiency, running costs and work environment have also been significantly improved, and the system is now in operation almost every day.

■Features

・This is an all-in-one volume reduction machine that automatically reduces, shapes, and cuts Styrofoam using an electric heater. ・You can choose the processing capacity from three levels (40, 70, 100 kg/h) so that you can flexibly respond to changes in input volume due to changes in personnel, etc. ・The overall height is kept low, and all necessary systems are built into the aircraft. Integrated compact design saves space. - Built-in activated carbon adsorption deodorizer. It effectively removes the odor that occurs, so you can work comfortably. - You can choose the feeding method (model) according to your work system (roller conveyor specification, belt conveyor specification, no conveyor). ・Improved maintainability and parts durability. Achieved a reduction in running costs. ・Compared to our hot air type, it does not use kerosene, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 82%. This is an earth-friendly product. ・No complicated settings are required, and it can be used with a wide variety of materials.
