About This Product
Melts and reduces the volume of Styrofoam used in fish boxes, food trays, and packaging materials. In addition, reduced-volume materials (ingots) are purchased by designated vendors at a value, which also leads to cost reductions.
■Although it is a mass processing machine, it can be installed in a small space.
Significantly reduces the volume of Styrofoam, which takes up space and is expensive to process. It turns 100kg of Styrofoam into ingots in up to 1 hour. Although it is a large-volume processing machine, it can be installed in a space-saving manner with a total height of 2,000 mm and a total length of 3,500 mm (excluding the input conveyor).
■Delivery example
I was in charge of equipment selection and installation associated with replacing the Styrofoam volume reduction machine. The customer collects and transports general and industrial waste in Aichi Prefecture, and was planning to replace the existing kerosene-powered machine installed in 2000 as it was aging.
