About This Product

■This product is a new volume reduction machine that can melt and solidify three types of styrofoam (polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene (PS)) in one machine based on our own research and development.With a slim design of 900mm in width, it can be installed without taking up space even at sites where polystyrene foam is generated. By dissolving it, air can be removed and the volume can be reduced. You can save space and reduce costs during storage, transportation, and disposal.

The raw material for Styrofoam differs depending on its use. They are used for packaging, food trays, etc. Because the ingredients contained in each material were different, the temperatures were different, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene (PS), so it was common to add multiple volume reduction machines to suit the raw materials.

This product is a new volume reduction machine that can melt and solidify three types of Styrofoam with one machine, developed through original research and development.

■Space-saving design allows it to be used in a variety of locations.With a slim design of 900mm in width, it can be installed without taking up space even at sites where polystyrene foam is generated. By dissolving it, air can be removed and the volume can be reduced. We aim to save storage, transportation, and disposal space and reduce costs.

■Specifications・Workability
1. Feeding is a continuous feeding type, and the height to the feeding opening can be adjusted with an optional maintenance slope type step.
2.You can choose the feeding method and the method of taking out the reduced volume ingot according to your needs.
3. There is no particular need to clean the inside of the machine at the end of the workday. It also comes with a timer for setting the start of operation work.
4. Because of complete molten discharge, there is no scattering of fine powder around the outlet.
5. Since no water is used, there is no need to supply or drain water, and there is no need to worry about freezing.

・Easy to operate
The machine can be operated with an ON/OFF switch, and only uses electricity; kerosene or gas is not required.

・Safety
There are no heaters in the stirring chamber or screw transfer chamber inside the machine, and only the semi-closed screw extrusion section and melt discharge outlet are equipped with low-temperature heaters.

・Energy saving
1. By making the extrusion screw part rotate at a high speed due to a large amount of bequest, processing capacity has been improved.
2.Improvement of the rotary pushing device to improve the efficiency of inserting Styrofoam into the sealing screw part.
3. Due to the electric heating direct transmission screw extrusion method, outstanding energy savings are achieved. Furthermore, the start-up time is also shortened.
