About This Product
■Pattern matching
This is an image checker that performs a high-speed comparative inspection (pattern matching process) between a pre-registered reference image and a photographed image of the board to be inspected.
■“Super easy” quick comparison mode
Equipped with a quick comparison mode that does not require any programming. Anyone can easily perform a comparative test.
■High-quality focusing
You can easily switch between fine and rough in increments of 0.6 square millimeters.
■One-shot imaging
Because the imaging range is wide, it is possible to capture images of boards smaller than W155XD210mm in one shot. If it is a medium size board of W310XD210mm, images can be captured in two shots. We have achieved a significant reduction in total inspection time in terms of both imaging time and inspection time.
■Advanced AOM (optional)

■Offline software (optional)
Offline software is software that is used on a computer other than the actual machine, allowing you to create projects (programs) and debug in the same state as the actual machine, such as when the actual machine cannot be used for production.

"I want to create a new board inspection project, but I can't stop the equipment."
Take several images of the board with the actual device and save them to a USB etc. You can then import the image data to a PC with offline software installed and create a project without using the actual device. At this time, instead of creating a project with a single image, in order to reduce variations, you can import about 4 board images to the PC and create a program, thereby achieving a debugging effect close to that of the actual device. .
