By using an electric (Robo) cylinder, a press height positioning accuracy of 0.2 mm is achieved. Easily accommodates variations in pin height of fixtures from other companies and domestically and internationally.
■Reducing running costs
Two inspection processes can be performed with a single ICT/FCT jig with a two-stage probe/coaxial probe pin stroke structure that allows in-circuit testing (ICT: all pins contact) and function testing (FCT: contacting only the pins used). We can cover it. There is no need to change setup before or after inspection.
■Communication software function
Vertical speed and height position can be easily changed using a PC.
■Compatible with testers made by other companies
Because it is microcomputer controlled, it can be used with all domestic and international inspection equipment regardless of manufacturer.
