About This Product

■Summary

・This is an IC/BGA tester that uses our in-circuit tester technology and is ideal for the following applications. ・As a screening checker for selecting defective devices (mainly due to electrostatic damage) returned from the field before conducting failure analysis of IC/LS in the quality assurance department of semiconductor manufacturers. ・As a screening checker to screen out inferior devices before acceptance inspection using expensive IC/LSI testers conducted by semiconductor handling companies (trading companies, manufacturers, etc.). ・As a short/open checker for semiconductor sensor devices. ・Two types of measurements are possible: constant voltage applied current measurement and constant current applied voltage measurement. The threshold is set to 10 ranks. (automatic measurement) ・Check the measurement method using the device alone. Test jigs can also be manufactured. - Compatible with a wide variety of devices by replacing the socket board. ・Since the reference value is taken from a non-defective device, there is no need to create a complicated test program. - Can be expanded to a maximum of 2,048 pins by adding a 128-pin/multiplexer board.
