About This Product
■Summary
・Since it is a general-purpose function test system, model changes can be made by simply changing the test fixture and inspection program.
・In addition to our function test module FX series, it is also possible to incorporate and control commercially available measurement equipment.
- Due to the USB-connected function module structure, expansion after delivery is possible. Even if inspection specifications are added, it can be easily expanded.

We will design FXBuilder/Tester or external application software.

・FX700: Multi-function test module
・FX710: Multi-source meter module
(*) Ready-made measuring equipment can also be incorporated.
■Power supply
Equipped with a ready-made stabilized power supply according to customer specifications. (voltage value/current value)
■Communication
Compatible with various communications such as RS232C, GPIB, SPI, CAN/LIN, etc.
■Flash ROM writing
Using an off-the-shelf writing machine, downloading, programming, and verification are performed automatically. We will respond to customer specifications.
■Traceability
Inspection data can be saved as a CSV file.
