■Summary
・Desktop compact size in-circuit tester.
- Can be expanded to a maximum of 1,024 pins by adding a 128-pin/multiplexer board.
・Inspection can be performed with the tester itself. Connect the computer via USB and make corrections only if it is necessary to change the test program.
・Since everything other than the tester itself is an optional setting, various inspection formats are possible.
・Since the number of pins is less than 100, I would like to use a hand lever type jig.
・I would like to perform automatic inspection, but I would like to handle the press and transportation department myself.
・I want to use it in combination with a robot.
