■Industrial PC (FA PC) adopted
The measurement section and PC section of the tester unit, which were previously integrated, have been separated to improve functionality and maintainability. The PC section uses industrial computers (FA computers) that are stably supplied, have a long life, and are highly reliable. This eliminates variations in communication speed with the measurement unit and measurement processing speed, achieving stable operation over a long period of time.
In addition, in the unlikely event of a breakdown or other maintenance issue, we can repair or replace individual PC parts, making support smoother and faster than ever before.

■Maintenance
We have reduced maintenance costs by using semiconductor switches that do not have a lifespan for the MPX section switches that repeatedly turn on and off. Also, since it does not accumulate static electricity, it does not put stress on the board under test.
■Easy operation
Since Windows is used as the OS, operations are similar to other Windows applications, so there is no need to learn new operating methods. In addition, the functions that can be used can be restricted using a password, which prevents changes to important inspection data and settings.
