About This Product

■PID control starter setRDS-X25 (Zero) PID control starter set is a model that uses a gearbox with an encoder. Guide PDF allows you to experiment with a sample program that reads and counts the output of a motor with an encoder, and uses PID control to move straight even if there are individual differences between motors. You can test a program that draws simple shapes by setting a pen on the robot. You can also experiment with line tracing and collision avoidance using the same vehicle. It can also be used as a base for various robots by rearranging the parts.

The second half of the guide PDF includes "Orbit control using odometry" by Professor Yamakawa of Toyo University.

*The Zero model does not have an acceleration/gyro sensor installed in the controller RDC-103, but it is not used in "orbit control using odometry."
*Acceleration/gyro sensor can be added separately via I2C connection.
