・A line sensor camera equipped with a CMOS image sensor with 16,384 bit pixels.
・High-speed scanning is performed using 3.5μm square pixels at a data rate of 640MHz and a line rate of 35KHz.
- External trigger control is possible.
・Lens mount is M72, P=0.75mm.
■Features
・Blooming (smear) measures have been taken.
・High-speed exposure is possible. (Fastest 29μsec/line)
- Comes with video output flat correction function.
-Analog gain and digital gain can be adjusted.
- Equipped with AOI (partial scan) function.
■Applications: Can be used as a sensor for the following inspection machines.
Dimension measurement, defect inspection of glass, etc., defect and dimension measurement of various sheet materials, image input sensors for pattern inspection, input sensors for semiconductor and liquid crystal glass inspection, sensors for image processing, etc.
