About This Product

■Supporting Japan's livestock industry through free design and cost reduction.

We apply the technology we have cultivated over the past 50 years through the production of membrane materials and tent warehouses to the agricultural industry, including livestock farming. Not only are they superior in terms of cost and design, but they also offer much more freedom in layout and shape than conventional compost sheds.

■Summary

Compost sheds, which are essential as ancillary equipment for livestock barns, can also be constructed freely and at low cost by using membrane structures. Like livestock barns, it is possible to create a large space by eliminating central pillars, and a well-ventilated compost barn facilitates the intake of oxygen, promoting fermentation of compost. Additionally, the membrane material is resistant to ammonia and is resistant to corrosion.

■Open compost house

The membrane material's high ammonia resistance and ease of setting the effective height make it ideal for constructing compost houses. We have a track record of creating a column-free space with a column span of 30m and an effective height of 10m, creating a work space that cannot be achieved with other construction methods. The translucency of the membrane material also improves safety when working with heavy machinery. It is also possible to finish the steel frame by hot-dip galvanizing only the part of the compost contact surface.

■Closed compost house

The tent compost shed, which allows for a large column-free space, is not only effective for work efficiency and machine work planning even when closed, but also has a high airtightness because the roof and walls are made of large panel-shaped membranes. Yes, it also prevents odors from leaking outside, making it a good measure for the surrounding environment. In addition, compost facilities where the compost switching work is done mechanically (facilities where no humans work inside) are compost buildings (structures) that do not fall under the category of buildings, and the application procedure is omitted.
