■Cloud automatic roll call system

The automatic roll call device Kebbi Air (robot) is the operation manager. It has been legally recognized as having the same effect as a face-to-face roll call. Leave the work of the operation manager to Kebbi Air, an automatic roll call device.

■System configuration

・Roll call function: Create roll call plan, conduct and confirm roll call, automatically save record books, view records ・Personal authentication: Facial recognition during roll call, facial recognition during alcohol measurement, driver's license verification ・Vehicle, road, and operation status confirmation: communicated to each driver ・Intoxication confirmation: ALC series linkage + still image or video shooting ・Healthcare inspection: Hardware interlocking of thermometer and blood pressure monitor ・Alert function: Sends an email to the administrator when a roll call is completed, sends an alert to the administrator via SMS in case of an abnormality, etc., notification of an abnormality, numerical abnormality, movement of equipment, roll call failure alert, network abnormality ・Video call: Video call to administrator in case of abnormality ・Failure recording function: Records when roll call is not possible (CSV output)

■Roll call flow

1. Start of roll call: Those scheduled for roll call will also be displayed. You can choose between "face-to-face roll call" and "automatic roll call." 2. Driver face recognition: If you are not scheduled for a roll call or are not a registered driver, you will not be able to receive a roll call. 3. Roll call items: If confirmation, instructions, judgment, and recording are not performed correctly, the roll call cannot be completed. 4. End of roll call: Data will be uploaded to the cloud app "Transportation Safety PRI".

■Operation when alcohol is detected

・The alcohol value will be displayed on the screen. It will also tell you audibly that alcohol has been detected. - The driver will be prompted via voice and screen to contact the administrator. -Pre-registered administrators will be displayed. Call the administrator who will contact you. ・The video call with the administrator will begin. This content will be recorded. Because alcohol was detected, roll call cannot be completed.
