■Features

・Applicable standard JGS 1431 *Geotechnical Society standard (draft) Portable cone penetration test method ・A cone penetrometer (portable cone penetration tester) is a test device that determines cone penetration resistance by statically penetrating a cone into soft ground such as clayey soil. ・The penetration resistance required when the tip cone is statically pushed into the soil by human power is measured using a proving ring to obtain approximate values ​​of the relative strength, cohesive force, unconfined compressive strength, and allowable soil bearing capacity of the cohesive soil. - Ideal for soft ground consisting mainly of soft clay, silt, or peat, and can also measure the approximate adhesion of cohesive soil, making it useful for understanding the general cross-section of the ground. - The cone index [QC] obtained through measurement is also used to evaluate vehicle trafficability, manage embankment compaction, and determine the bearing capacity of single-family residential areas. ・The work process is simple and tests can be easily performed in a short time.
