About This Product

We are selling the JIS compaction test device S-171, which determines the relationship between dry density and moisture content when soil is compacted. It consists of a mold (10cm), a rammer (2.5kg), and a sample extractor.

■Features

When constructing road embankments, subgrades, and roadbeds, the optimum water content ratio and degree of compaction are used in compaction design and management. It is also used as a means of producing soil specimens for CBR tests, uniaxial compression tests, etc.
