About This Product

■Seam welding machine

The welding material is sandwiched between disc electrodes (one or two), and electricity is applied while rotating the disc electrodes to continuously join the welding materials by heating due to electrical resistance. Since it can be welded linearly, airtightness can be achieved. There are two types of welding: roll spot welding and seam welding. Roller spot welding is spot welding that is performed continuously at regular intervals using a roller.It is often used for welding brake linings. Seam welding is divided into CW seam welding and pulse seam welding. CW seams are lap spot welded with no cooling time, while pulse seams are lap spot welded with a short cooling time, but because the cooling time is short, the weld points are connected. CW seam welding and pulse seam welding can be performed with the same equipment. Decide the welding method based on the appearance of the plate material and welding. Roller electrodes can be cooled internally or externally. Can be selected depending on welding strength and welded parts.

■Horizontal seam welding machine

- A welding machine with a roller electrode in a straight line relative to the operator, for seam welding on the circumference or long sides of long and thin plates. ・We offer fixed and adjustable models, including horizontal and vertical seam welding machines. ・Proven welding speeds from 0.9M/MIN to 2M/MIN. ・Design the lower welding arm according to the welding object. ・Dimensions of the disc vary depending on the welded item. ・Three-phase inverter DC realizes energy savings and high quality.

■Features

- A rotary grinder is installed on the upper and lower roller electrodes. - Maintains a clean working environment due to the use of internally cooled roller electrodes. - Adopts a closed flow loop chiller. ・The length of the pocket is available from 1,500mm to 1,500mm. ・Three-phase inverter direct current provides high quality and leak-proof welding.
