About This Product

■Projection welding machineProjection welding uses the heat generated by pressurizing the protrusion and passing an electric current through the protrusion to melt the protrusion and weld the parts together. Unlike spot welding, where the welding point is determined by the size and shape of the electrode, in projection welding, the welding current and generated heat are concentrated at the protrusion. Protrusions can be created by pressing, cold forging, etc.

Projection welding is more widely used than spot welding. It is also used for welding nuts, bolts, sheet materials, or grade bars.

■Automation products・We provide fully automatic welding machines according to your needs, and we also provide information on the production process for reference customers, including customized products.
- Can be equipped with loading equipment such as stacks, bowl feeders, and trays.
・Can be combined with other automated equipment.
・Welding time is 2 seconds per piece without a worker.
・SCARA robots and robot arms.
・It is possible to collect data such as welding strength, electrode pressure, upsetting amount, current, welding time, water flow, and water temperature.
