The fast force-distance curve mapping mode for Jupiter XR AFM measures force curves at high speeds (up to 2500 Hz) and captures the entire force curve in the image. - Apply analytical models both in real-time and offline to calculate elastic modulus, adhesion forces, and other properties.

■Features

- Force mapping mode operating at Z rates up to 2500 Hz - Captures all force curves in the image, no curve loss or hidden data manipulation Capture both deflection and Z sensor data for accurate measurements - Analytical models for calculating elastic modulus, adhesion, and other properties can be applied in real time and offline. These models can be modified by the user ・Suitable for samples from 10 kPa to 100 GPa.
